Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 2-7 business days. 

Shipment Confirmation

You should receive an email confirmation that your product has shipped that has a tracking number attached to it. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be active.

Customs, Duties, Taxes

The Gamblers Graveyard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees applied before or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Gamblers Graveyard is not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to submit a claim.
